Mark Lindsay was born March 9, 1942 in Eugene, Oregon and became the lead singer and sax player with Paul Revere & The Raiders. Prior to his stint with Paul Revere's group, he was
part of a group called The Unknowns, along with Paul Revere, Keith Allison and Steve Alaimo.
In 1969 Mark took off on a solo career and had 8 solo records reach the Top 100 charts in the short span of 1969 to 1971.
Treasure Island Oldies presents Mark Lindsay with two of his solo hits for your votes. Cast your vote at the Voice Your Choice page for either Silver Bird or Arizona. I'll play the winner during next week's show.
