April
27th, 2014 to May 3rd, 2014
Technology got in the way during the 4th hour of this week’s
Live show, preventing the balance of the hour going out. Please accept my
apologies for the inconvenience. There was a “blip” in the feed between the studio
and the network that could not be re-established. The good news is that it did
NOT affect the Archive. So if you’re pining to hear the last hour of the show,
the complete four hours is now available at the Listen page. Thanks again for
your understanding.
A quick reminder that next week
on the show we’ll be celebrating the 17th
Anniversary of Treasure Island Oldies. Many of the listeners have been
loyal almost from the first show way back in 1997. If you’d like to send an
anniversary greeting, please do so by sending an email tomichael@treasureislandoldies.com
or you can call the Listener Line at
206-339-0709 and record your
message. I’ll read your email note and play back your recorded message on the
show. It’ll be a fun party!
Happy
Birthday wishes go out to Marc
Baillergeon in Edmonton, Alberta,
and to our very own Webmaster, Eddy
Fisher! If your birthday is coming up soon, let me know by sending the
details to birthdays@treasureislandoldies.com.
It will be my pleasure to wish you Happy
