He started out as a pop singer, songwriter and guitarist. He also added TV show host to his resume when he had his own syndicated show, The Bobby Goldsboro Show from 1972 to 1975.
Between December of 1962 to 1973 he appeared on the charts a total of 27 times, including two Top Ten hits, and a gold Records for Honey in 1968.
