The Grass Roots - Voice Your Choice

The Grass Roots formed in Los Angeles, California, are one of the most under-rated groups in my opinion. Despite have many charted hits, including three Top Ten songs and one Gold record, they never seemed to be on the tip of people's tongues when talking about their favourite groups.

The members included Rob Grill on lead vocals and bass, Warren Entner and Creed Bratton on guitars, and Rick Coonce on drums. I always love their sound with nice crisp production and often with great horn arrangements to augment the sound.

Between 1965 and 1971 they appeared on the charts 24 times and had 3 Top Ten hits and a Gold Record.
