Paul Revere and The Raiders were a very popular American pop rock group who garnered many hits from the mid-'6os into the '70s. They were originally from Boise, Idaho, but relocated to Portland, Oregon when Paul Revere returned from serving in the US Armed Forces. I bet you saw them often on the afternoon TV music show, Where The Action Is.
