Share memories of growing up with the great music of the 50s, 60s and 70s. My background includes radio and television personality as well as V.P. A&R for A&M Records, where I signed Bryan Adams. In 1997, I began Treasure Island Oldies, the Home of Lost Treasures. I play the biggies, but extensively feature hard to find rare oldies. Listen live Sundays 6 to 10 p.m. Pacific and also the show archives at www.TreasureIslandOldies.com Let the memories flow!

Oh! Canada
Canada isn't just the home of SCTV's Bob & Doug McKenzie!
Canada has has made many contributions to the world, and has a rich history of great music. This week on Treasure Island Oldies, in celebration of Canada Day on July 1st, we recognize and salute the singers, groups, musicians and songwriters from coast to coast in Canada.
You'll hear lots of familiar songs, along with Canadian Lost Treasures, songs that were hits in Canada, but for one reason or another did not reach the far corners of the world.
You're in for a real musical treat from artists and groups such as Andy Kim, Mashmakhan, J.B. & The Playboys, Paul Anka, The Guess Who, David Clayton Thomas & The Bossmen, Blood Sweat & Tears, Motherlode, The Poppy Family, Bachman Tuirner Overdrive, The Stampeders, April Wine, Lighthouse, Edward Bear, The Original Caste, The Diamonds, and the list goes on and on.
I'm proud to be a Canadian and also proud to bring you Treasure Island Oldies every week from Canada's West Coast, Vancouver, British Columbia, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Join me as we celebrate the great music from Canada on the Made In Canada special edition of Treasure Island Oldies.
