Now I've seen everything! You can now take any old vinyl 45 and have it turned into an iPod case. Check this out for yourself at iPodcases The neat thing is the centre hole of the 45 is exactly where the iPod wheel is located for access to all of your mp3 files.The only drawback I can think of is it should never be a rare collectors item as it'll never be the same again. LOL
