Phoebe Snow underwent emergency brain surgery Tuesday (January 19) after suffering a hemmorhage at her home in New Jersey. Her manager said on Thursday she was in serious condition in intensive care at the undisclosed hospital. In a statement, her manager said, ""Phoebe is a very strong person and she is stable now.
