He recorded over fifty albums and worked with some of the biggest names in music during the 20th century, including Elvis Presley, Paul Anka, Ferrante & Teicher, Frank Sinatra, Percy Faith, Buddy Holly, Ben E. King, Mitch Miller, and Tony Bennett, plus many others.
As a recording artist, Al Caiola was signed with United Artists Records and he appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 twice with two theme songs for a movie and a television series.
