Fifth Dimension Number One Treasure Island Oldies Top Five Countdown 1969

The Fifth Dimension were a collection of really good singers and live entertainers, including Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr.. A number of years ago, my good friend, Red Robinson from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, was the MC at a private event; and I was the DJ for the evening. The Fifth Dimension were the headliners and they really gave a great concert. The audience loved them.

This week on Treasure Island Oldies, the Top Five Countdown is from this week's Spotlight Year, 1969. Sitting at the top of the chart at Number One, it's the Fifth Dimension with Wedding Bell Blues.
